This studio appartment of 21 m², fully renovated, is located at the 10th and last floor of the Résidence Pelvoux, facing south west with a view on La Croisette and its bell tower, the ski slopes, the Mountain, the Cime Caron (peak of the 3 Vallées). Fully equiped for 4 persons, the living room is divisible in 2 spaces by a curtain. The qualily label given by the Tourims Office of Les Menuires is 2 gold "flocons".

Résidence Pelvoux

The Résidence Pelvoux has got a direct access to the shopping center of La Croisette with a lift, where you can find many shops and services (Tourims Office, restaurants, ski rental, minimarkets, ski school, post office, bank, boutiques, bus station, cinema...). The sports center (swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jaccuzzi, wellness area), the nursery school and the nursery are also close to the Résidence Pelvoux.

The Résidence Pelvoux has got a direct access to the ski slopes. For the beginners, a free "carpet" is located in front of the building.

The studio appartment

It is composed of an entrance with a kitchenette (2 ring induction hob, compact dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, raclette set (cheese speciality), full kitchen cookware).
The living room is composed of a meal area with all tableware for 4 persons, of 2 bunk beds 80 cm (please note : the sleeping arrangements on the upper level are unsuitable for children under the age of 6), of a sofa bed "rapido system" (140cm) and a television. A door window gives access to the terrace (table and 4 garden armchairs) where you get a view overlooking La Croisette.
The bathroom is composed of a a sink, a shower and a WC.
Many storage spaces are available in the living-room (bridge furniture, cupboards, buffet, drawer under the bunk beds) and in the bathroom (cupbord, scale for the storage of shoes, space for the storage of suitcases and bags).
